The conference will bring together researcher s and practitioners from the statistics\, educational sciences and STEM ed ucation field in broad sense including physics\, math\, biology\, chemistr y\, engineering\, geology\, environmental\, and math education as well as researchers and practitioners interested in computer science\, data scienc e\,  economics\, humanities\, and other areas dealing with quantitative m ethods of analysis. \n\nThe conference will host invited\, organized sessi ons\, and workshops on theoretical and conceptual frameworks\, validation studies\, methods for data collection\, modeling\, analysis\, and visualiz ation aimed at the evaluation of learning processes in a broad sense\, inc luding class interventions and large scale surveys. \n\nThe conference wil l hopefully provide new and refreshing ideas and recommendations about the evaluation of the learning processes. In case of unsafe e pidemic conditions\, the Local Organizing Committee will arrange a blended format of the conference. \n\nSubmission Guidelines \n\nContributions to MESE1 should be submitted to one of organized sessions. Any topic relevan t to theoretical and conceptual frameworks\, validation studies\, methods for data collection\, modeling\, analysis\, and visualization aimed at the evaluation of learning processes in a broad sense\, including class inter ventions and large scale surveys will be considered. Contributions for oth er not listed sessions/topics are equally welcome. Abstracts (with no ref erences) are limited to 500 words and have to be submitted via the followi ng link\, which is accessible also at the bottom of this page \n\nContrib utors are restricted to one presentation but may be co-authors of multiple submissions. \n\nPresentations:\nContributed Presentations are allocated 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion. \n\nWorkshop attendance\n\nThema tic workshops will be held on 1st February.
