Deadlines and fees:
Early bird - before Feb 16th - 290€
Late registration - from Feb 17th to March 22th - 330€
On-site registration - 360€
The registration fee includes: access to all the plenary and parallel sessions, coffee breaks, 3 lunches, social dinner
Fee payment and hotel booking are managed by FRCongressi, the Local Secretariat, and can be paid by Bank Transfer or Credit Card (Visa. Mastecard, Diners, Amex).
After filling Indico registration, please go to FRcongressi registration page and fill the agency form to complete your registration, book you hotel (if needed) and pay.
A block of hotel rooms in the seafront or Chiaia district has been reserved on the occasion of the WLCG – HSF 2018. (list of proposed hotels ) . It is strongly recommended to reserve your accommodation as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Shuttle buses from the Conference Center to Napoli Capodichino Airport (9€) and Rome Fiumicino Airport (40€) are provided at the end of the workshop, on March 29th at 13:00. Please refer to the agency registration form to book your trip to the airport.
