The conference will open on the morning of Monday, the 26th of June. Registration will start at 8:30 at the conference venue, while the scientific program will start at 9:30.

Instructions for oral presentations: invited talks will last 25+5 minutes while contributed talks will last 13+2 minutes. Given the intense program we will provide a fixed computer and ask the participants to upload their talks (preferably pdf, but also powerpoint and keynote can work if you have animations) on google drive before the break preceding their session (i.e. the night before for morning sessions, the previous session in other cases), so that we can test the material before each session.
- Instructions for posters: posters will be displayed in the conference venue and be accessible throughout the entire conference. They are expected to be in printed form (electronic versions can be uploaded on the website for easy access by the participants). The poster stands are 200x90 cm (HxW) and posters will need to be fixed with tape.

Proceedings: We do not envision to publish conference proceedings, but if the authors consent, the material can be uploaded on the conference website for public access. We are considering the possibility of publishing the contributions in electronic form through the Zenodo platform.
